Since the beginning, Emenu has largely been responsible for managing small teams, or providing key personnel and subject matter experts to solve customer challenges. While fulfilling this role for our clients, Emenu has been challenged with the additional responsibility of project management. During the last two years, Emenu has successfully managed two software efforts, MRADS and EFV Fire Control, through the entire life-cycle of development.
